Pas jangan jadi boneka DAP

Gambar diatas dirakamkan sebelum ceramah Pentas Pemuda bermula... Cuba lihat betul-betul pada gambar tersebut, tidak ada seorang penceramah pun yang menyampaikan ceramah diatas pentas. Yang amat menyedihkan gambar tersebut telah disalah gunakan oleh badut-badut yang tidak mempunyai pekerjaan tetap, hanya tahu mengambil upah apabila kerjanya selesai dilakukan, tak kiralah sama ada kerja mereka itu kerja bodoh atau pun kerja tolol, janji semuanya beres! Amat memalukan?
Gambar ketika ceramah sedang berlangsung, cuba lihat betul-betul berduyun-duyun orang datang, walaupun mereka tidak dapat duduk didalam, mereka melihat dan mendengar ceramah KJ dari luar.

Ketua pemuda Umno Malaysia, Khairy Jamaluddin mengupas satu persatu serta mendedahkan kepincangan dan kerapuhan pakatan pembangkang didalam siri ceramah program Pentas Pemuda, “Pakatan : Retak Menanti Belah” di sini, Jumaat malam. Bermula dengan isu penjualan arak, penyalahgunaan peruntukan kawasan, penghinaan kepada agama Islam, sikap saling curiga di kalangan parti pembangkang, kegiatan maksiat dan kongsi gelap sehinggalah pengkhianatan yang dilakukan Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim kepada rakyat dan negara ini.

Ketua Pemuda UMNO, Khairy Jamaluddin berkata, ahli-ahli Pas jangan hanya menjadi pak turut kepada pemimpin mereka yang sanggup mengorbankan prinsip parti itu demi kuasa dengan membenarkan DAP menghina Islam.

Beliau berkata, ahli-ahli Pas tidak sepatutnya hanya berpeluk tubuh apabila pemimpin mereka membenarkan parti dalam pakatan pembangkang sendiri menghina Islam, kerana ia melibatkan soal identiti, agama dan bangsa.

Jelas beliau, walaupun UMNO boleh bertindak dari luar (mempertahankan Islam daripada dihina oleh pihak lain), tetapi ahli-ahli Pas sendiri perlu bangkit menegur pemimpin mereka yang sanggup mengorbankan prinsip parti itu semata-mata kerana kuasa, Khairy berkata, kerana kuasa Pas yang dahulunya mendakwa memperjuangkan Islam, kini membenarkan DAP menghina agama suci itu.

"Di Selangor daripada dulu dia (Dr. Hassan Ali) kata tak boleh jual arak, tetapi akhirnya boleh pula sebab nak kuasa. Apa sudah jadi dengan Pas. Dulu nak negara Islam tetapi hari ini apa sahaja pun boleh dihalalkan kerana nak kuasa," katanya.

Khairy Jamaluddin turut mencabar Pas keluar daripada Pakatan Rakyat (PR) demi menjaga maruah parti kerana tidak lagi dihormati dalam gabungan itu.

Katanya, mereka sepatutnya berani menegur pemimpin mereka dan bukannya terus memberi ruang kepada lebih banyak keburukan berlaku.

"Kita perlu menghormati agama lain tetapi jangan pula kita membiarkan agama lain menghina kita," katanya.

Dalam kehangatan beliau memyampaikan ceramah yang penuh tenaga, Khairy sekali lagi ‘belasah’ Husam didalam ceramah beliau pada malam itu.

Isu ini timbul dalam satu forum Transformasi politik yang di adakan di Kota Bahru Kelantan oleh parti Pas dengan menjemput Khairy Jamaluddin sebagai penalist. Tujuan mereka untuk mengaibkan Khairy dalam forum ini akhirnya bertukar apabila Khairy berjaya memperbodohkan Husam dan impak yang diterima oleh Pas dalam Forum anjuran mereka sendiri sebenarnya memakan diri mereka sendiri. Anak muda dari UMNO ini telah berani berhadapan dengan ribuan penyokong Pas dan pasti berani menghadapi ejekan dan kutukan mereka dan akhirnya berjaya mendedahkan kebodohan Naib Presiden mereka Husam Musa yang akhirnya dikatakan terperangkap dengan jawapan yang beliau berikan.

Sememangnya isu yang enggan diperdebatkan oleh Pembangkang terutamnya PAS dan Dap kerana mereka tidak sehaluan dalam memperjuangkan Hudud dan Qisas.

Husam dikatakan terperangkap dengan soalan Khairy Jamaluddin dan telah membuat kesilapan dengan jawapan bahawa mereka akan melaksanakan hukum Hudud dan Qisas sekiranya Pakatan Rakyat menjadi kerajaan.

Jawapan Husam ini menimbulkan satu suasana yang keliru dan tidak menyenangkan DAP yang sememangnya menentang Hudud dan Qisas. Keadaan bertambah celaru sehingga Nik Aziz dan Hj Hadi terpaksa mencampuri untuk menenangkan kembali keadaan dengan jawapan yang tidak konsisiten yang boleh di anggap sebagai jawapan untuk menyelamatkan keadaan dan hubungan parti mereka.

This little Piggy went to town

Reading Piggy's article compelled me to respond on how wafer thin his arguments are. It is bad enough that it is un-original by making reference to Rocky's, Harimau, JMD's work without adding any form of value or sense. Piggy not only misrepresents facts, but also misleads the reader with fairy tales of Gelang Patah and Rantau Panjang when we all know KJ won the nomination in Rantau Panjang UMNO Youth Division by a show of hands. To be exact, the ones whom voted were asked to stand outside after the show of hands to get a visible count on. It baffles me that this unresearched findings were posted by Piggy in the comments box of his blog. Maybe you are trying to emulate Rocky or JMD, but i am afraid you do not have the capacity to reach their heights. Although your ambition clearly is to rid of KJ, I can only think that your work will just make you a laughing stock to what RPK has relegated himself today.

Another example of Piggy's lack of research is that he accused KJ of having a hidden agenda with Anwar. Well as far as i remember, KJ was the one who said in the Permatang Pauh '...saya akan kuburkan pengkhianat bangsa dan negara Anwar Ibrahim di tempatnya sendiri...' and after combing through the world wide web, KJ was also being sued by Anwar for RM100 million for calling Anwar a Jew puppet (Malaysiakini report Feb 20th 2007) and batting for the other team (Gay). So like DPM, Nallakaruppan, Chandra Muzaafar... KJ joins the list of potential 'defamation' cases of the century. The lack of strength in Piggy's argument also exposes one weakness...ego. He needs supporting comments from like minded anon bloggers like MayaKhairy (prob Piggy's alter ego) and Parpu whom does a great job storming the Opposition but lacks any definitive illustration on KJ's weaknesses. Piggy, unlike RPK, had the late Adlan Benan (Ex-special officer to Anwar and Oxford alma-mater) to creatively fictionalise KJ in the political Great Gatsby 'The Khairy Chronicles.' The chronicles was a lucid read, and it made the reader want to believe it. A true chef d'oeuvre.

I would also like to add, recently KJ attended a Chinese community/NGO/student association forum with Dato Wee Ka Siong and I read a translated Sin Chew article explaining his reasons on his statement in Melaka was only to motivate Malay youths to seek better employment and education opportunities and not some racial chest beating speech ala Tajuddin Rahman circa '87 as reported by the non-mainsteam media.

These blog attacks by Parpu and Piggy on KJ can only be motivated by two things 1. Money 2. Relevancy. Many in UMNO and the country has moved on. No-one even cares anymore about the last UMNO General Assembly plus the constitution will be amended to prevent any abuse as promised by the new UMNO leadership. KJ has contributed a lot to the Youth wing since his EXCO days and so has Mukhriz and Khir Toyo. It is high time for the future leaders in UMNO to co-exist and lead the party and country the way the public wants it to be (masa bertanding dah habis...beb). I also urge Piggy to engage in some meaningful employment that would add value and improve his perspective on politics. My advise is, to challenge perceptions, one must be motivated by the right reasons, get involved at the source or present correct facts, because failure to do so will only make the viewers look at you like a thug in a silk gown.

I do not deny that many politicians today do not do any favours for themselves by remaining defiant and arrogant, but what I have noticed is that if there was anyone that 'Berani Berubah', it was certainly KJ. His speech at the bankers Club on Politics of Empathy and his recent comments on ISA broadcasted on Al Jazeera promises a good change from his halcyon Deputy UMNO Youth days.
